How to find us

From M3 South

• Exit M3 at Junction 10; follow signs to Winchester
• Go straight across roundabout to Winchester town centre
• At the T junction, turn right onto Chesil Street heading into Winchester
• Follow Chesil Street to mini roundabout
• Turn left at mini roundabout and then right at large roundabout into the one way system
• When able, get into the right hand lane and follow the one way system around past McDonald’s restaurant
• Turn right at the top of the hill into Jewry Street, past Theatre Royal to traffic lights
• At the traffic lights just past Theatre Royal go straight over (do not turn right), into Hyde Street
• After the White Swan pub and Marston Gate turn immediately right into the City Business Centre
• Please park in a visitors space or in the spaces belonging to units 18 or 19

From M3 North

• Exit at Junction 9, cross the motorway heading for Winnall Trading Estate
• Go straight across roundabout to Moorside Road
• Follow Moorside Road for approximately 1 mile, past The Willow Tree pub
• Turn left at the T junction – into the one way system
• Get immediately into the right hand lane and follow the one way system around to the right
• Keep in the right hand lane past McDonald’s and turn right at the top of the hill into Jewry Street
• Keep in the right hand lane and follow Jewry Street past Theatre Royal to the traffic lights
• At the traffic lights go straight over (do not turn right), into Hyde Street
• After the White Swan and Marston Gate turn immediately right into the City Business Centre
• Please park in a visitors space or in the spaces belonging to units 18 or 19

From A34

• Exit A34 at Winchester junction
• Turn right at first roundabout – signposted Winchester
• Turn left at second roundabout – signposted Winchester (Andover Road)
• Follow Andover Road into Winchester for approximately 2 miles to traffic lights
• At traffic lights turn sharp left into Swan Lane. Do not take the main road left
• At the end of Swan Lane turn left onto Hyde Street
• After approximately 50 yards take the first right hand drive, after Marston Gate, into the City Business Centre
• Please park in a visitors space or in the spaces belonging to units 18 or 19

Walking from the station (less than 5 minutes)

• Exit station from main door (foyer side) and walk straight down Station Hill towards crossroads
• Cross diagonally to opposite corner and walk down Swan Lane to the end
• Turn left onto Hyde Street
• After approximately 50 yards take the first right hand drive, after Marston Gate, into the City Business Centre
