When your organisation purchases a Team Pack, you’ll receive a unique coupon code that can be redeemed for the number of seats included in your pack. Each team member uses the code to enrol individually, gaining full access to the course.

No. Your coupon code can be redeemed at any time before its expiration date. Team members can enrol whenever it suits them.

Absolutely. You can purchase an additional Team Pack at any time, or choose a larger tier. For larger organisations, we also offer Custom Team Packs (100+ seats).

Yes. For security and administrative clarity, each team coupon has a set expiry date. You’ll see this clearly stated in your onboarding email.tion

Yes. The coupon code is unique to your organisation, and only the set number of team members can redeem it. We recommend sharing the code only with the individuals who need access.

Each team member can only redeem the coupon once. If there’s ever a mistake, just contact us – we can assist.

Yes. Each person enrolling will create their own login during the checkout process. This ensures they receive their own progress tracking and course access.

Seats themselves cannot be transferred automatically. However, if someone leaves your team, we can manually remove their access so a new team member can enrol using a replacement coupon code. Just email us for help.

Yes. If you’d like a report of who has redeemed your team code, we can provide this upon request.

Yes. For Enterprise Packs (30+ seats), we offer optional onboarding support, team setup guidance, and Q&A sessions. Contact us to arrange the best option for your organisation.
